09 — INWARD RECTANGLE is part of the 09 Collection, a body of work developed through a set system of numbers, angles, and proportions. The collection uses recurring forms and sculptural expressions as a framework for exploring dimension, perspective, structure, and the relationships created between them.

09 — INWARD RECTANGLE translates Griffin Loop’s Inward Perspectives works through the geometric system of the collection. A sequence of progressively scaled rectangular frames moves inward through space, using repetition, proportion, and alignment to create a shifting perception of depth. The work continues an ongoing exploration of reducing complex visual relationships to their simplest geometric form.
